RelevOne is an app for technical site surveys and support placement. It works without an account and can be used offline.

Data stored in the app

The projects, dimensions, supports, and other information you enter are stored locally on your device. RelevOne does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services and does not automatically send this data to the developer.

Website and audience measurement

The relevone.com website uses Google Analytics only if you select “Accept” in the consent banner. This service can measure pages viewed, interactions, visit source, device type, and approximate geographic area. This information is used to understand and improve the website; it does not include projects or surveys stored in the app.

Google processes this data on behalf of RelevOne under its own privacy commitments. You can read Google’s Privacy Policy. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. You can change it at any time using the “Cookies” button at the bottom of the website.

Trial and in-app purchase

The trial start date is stored on your device. If you purchase permanent access, Apple processes the payment under its own privacy rules. RelevOne checks with the App Store whether the purchase grants access to features and does not receive your payment card details.

Exporting and sharing

You can generate a report and choose to export, print, or share it. You initiate these actions. The service or app you choose handles the document under its own privacy rules.

Deleting data

You can delete data stored in RelevOne from within the app. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data, subject to any backups of your device.
